Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone to pop in once a day to check on my baby kitten while I’m away. We have friends staying over most of the time, but there’s a small gap where she’ll be on her own. The dates are 23rd-30th December over the Christmas period
The ask would be the following please:
One visit per day
Refresh her food and water
Change her litter
Give her a bit of company and a cuddle (she’s very sweet, affectionate, and loves people!)
It could be a great opportunity for a responsible teenager to earn a little pocket money over the holidays and it would be doing me such a huge favour ??

Hi All. I am a resident in Tower A and had a parcel delivered by express post this morning but have not been notified by groundfloor. Concierge has checked and there are no parcels in Tower A’s lockers waiting for me however the express post delivery guy had multiple lockers open at the same time.
There is a possibility that my parcel was accidentally put in with someone else’s delivery to Tower A
If you do find a parcel in with another parcel locker and it’s addressed to Joe Hiscox please give it to concierge and let me know.

pay attention when leaving car park, as a driver, it is your responsibility to pay attention and give way to on coming traffic , also, cutting the corner from Gladstone street to Kerr Street is not good for your insurance or acceptable for local traffic, you do not know what is on coming nor do you have a crystal ball so you can not know what is coming the other way, learn how to drive or just walk

What is with the internet situation? I upgraded ours and it still has issues and won’t connect. Also as I’ve only just found out about the street flooding, which is as forgotten to mention before we moved in, only happen to find out as my friends Merces amg was u der water , although we love the place we haven’t had the best move in, and haven’t even had a sorry or and kind of acknowledgement from management or any kind of reimbursement from management. Pretty slack to be honest

Good Evening, I have read some of the posts in regards to internet and multiple devices, the Gladstone Resident wifi is a symmetrical service focused towards business use eg. large file transfers , it is not really well suited to residential multi device use, I jave set up a d-link router and run all of my devices through that, multiple tv's smart lighting , gaming console , gaming pc , phones everything, all self contained and the only connection is the router to the wall, it should just be plug and play, also helps to avoid your devices on a cloud based service

The art room and its supplies are being left in horrible condition. After using the room, supplies should be put away and stations should be cleaned. Brushes need to be washed and the bristles need to be out of water to dry. I’d say 90% of the brushes are now left unusable because of poor treatment. These supplies cost money for the Gladstone and take away from the experience for other residents. Please be mindful and respectful of the room and supplies

Just went to use one of the lovely “ communal “ kitchens in block C - it was left in a terrible state ! I cooked here for the first time tonight & was really disappointed that I had to clean up someone’s mess before I could use the space !!
There are no Magic fairies coming in behind you to clean up your mess it’s your job if you use the space clean it even if you find it in a mess leave it for clean & tidy ready to use for the next person !
because that’s exactly what I did tonight !! Cleaned everything including the oven that I didn’t use !
Make sure everything is cleaned washed and put away just chucking everything in the dishwasher doesn’t constitute cleaning wash the sinks out empty your rubbish wipe things down properly !!
Respect everybody in the building and respect the beautiful spaces that we have to use as a community !

I am being locked out of my apartment for 1 hour due to battery ran out for the reader and there is no conceirge attending desk at 715 pm (security doesn’t come in until 8pm). This is very inconvenient as there is supposed to be 24/7 attendance providing residents with help. Been 1 hour and still waiting. I need some explanation. Thank you
